You press start, have your conversation, and Malika records it, transcribes it automatically (with real speaker separation, in 17+ languages), and turns it into a structured report: a chaptered summary, action items per person, decisions, and — for coaching and therapy — psychological depth such as tone & emotion, conversation dynamics, behavioural patterns and wellbeing signals. It also remembers each client across sessions ("Client Memory"). Reports are delivered in the dashboard and by email in the language the conversation was held in.
